SKID ROW

Screen Media films has picked up the rights to Skid Row a documentary about the homeless situation by Pras Michel of The Fugees.

The documentary follows Pras with hidden cameras for nine days as he lives the life of a homeless person in Los Angeles. Teryn Fogel produced along with Pras, and direction came from Niva Dorell, Marshall Tyler, and Ross Clark. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Screen Media is planning a platform release for Skid Row starting in L.A., New York, and Washington D.C. beginning on August 24th.

MICHEAL WILLIAMS OF HBO'S THE WIRE

The street's is watchin'. . .The Wire hopefully. One of the most prolific show's HBO has put out since the Sopranos. Our man Mike came thru to show some love. Thanks for the dvd's. And who's doing the Emmy® Nominations again? Ya'll been put on notice! Out of approx. 86 nominations for one network (HBO), The Wire didn't get one nod. Hmmmmm. . .Its all good though, we know what it is.

ITS NOT A GAME!!!

Ok, maybe it is. . .just a game. . .But it was all business for the Parish EBC team. Down by twelve by halftime, the squad put in some serious work to take the lead by the third quarter where we kept a respectable 7pt lead up until the last two minutes of the 4th quarter, where PhatFarm tried to pose a threat. However Ron Artest a "Tru Warier" and the rest of the camp made sure we left with the crown and the belt. See you in the playoff's!
